Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us containing a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@debloco.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate the matter for you.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount, minus the shipping costs for the return.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@debloco.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. Cancellation
You have the option to cancel your order directly from your confirmation email within 24h of placing it. Scroll down to find the “Changed Your Mind?” section in your email. If it has been more than 24h, please email contact@debloco.com to request the cancellation of your order.
